There are many options if you are wanting to improve your fitness or skills in the area of triathlon. The club provide a range of training options each week as listed below. These are supported by Committee Member and HeadCoach of Thrive Endurance Jason Shields.
Summer Season (Oct - Apr)
All training begins at the club shed.
Monday Open Water Swim (Victoria Lake) - 6pm
Tuesday & Thursdays MT (Magnetic Trainers) or Road Ride Session - 6pm
