There are many options if you are wanting to improve your fitness or skills in the area of triathlon. The club provide a range of training options each week as listed below. These are supported by Committee Member and HeadCoach of Thrive Endurance Jason Shields.

Club Training

Summer Season (Oct - Apr)

All training begins at the club shed.

Monday Open Water Swim (Victoria Lake) - 6pm

Tuesday & Thursdays MT (Magnetic Trainers) or Road Ride Session - 6pm

At Thrive Endurance

our coaching philosophy is to maximise health and performance. A healthy athlete can produce constant quality training through the Thrive Endurance Training Plan which is based on achieving your goals by building the foundation blocks, which in turn reduces the chance of injury due to achieving fitness goals step by step, rather than overloading the body with training that it simply cannot sustain.

Performance is analysed regularly and realistic goals are set, so the athlete can feel accomplished with their performance.
