TRAINING
We support our members in training and a range of multi-sport events.
The club provides a number of training options each week to improve your fitness or skills in the area of triathlon, aquathlon or duathlon.
Our club shed is located at the southern end of Victoria Lake, between the Rowing & Canoe club sheds.
All training sessions are free of charge to our members.

Tuesday | Run
6:00pm @ Victoria Park Lake (across from Somer Ave) or Botanic Gardens
The STC Run session is provided by the Shepparton Runners Club on behalf of STC
Please check with STC for confirmed Run location
Wednesday | Swim - Pool
6:00pm @ Aquamoves
(50m outdoor pool End November - Early March)
(25m indoor pool Early March - End November)
Thursday | Bike - Road
5:30pm for 5:45pm Roll Out @ Shepparton Arts Museum
(October - April Only)
Safety Requirement: Mandatory helmet and working front & rear lights
Amenities
Public Toilets are available at each of the training locations
Change Facilities are available at each of the training locations except Botanic Gardens

A healthy athlete can produce constant quality training through the Thrive Endurance Training Plan which is based on achieving your goals by building the foundation blocks, which in turn reduces the chance of injury due to achieving fitness goals step by step, rather than overloading the body with training that it simply cannot sustain.
