TRAINING
We support our members in training and a range of multi-sport events.
The club provides a number of training options each week to improve your fitness or skills in the area of triathlon, aquathlon or duathlon.
All training sessions are free of charge to our members.
Our club shed is located at the southern end of Victoria Lake, between the Rowing & Canoe club sheds.

Tuesday | Run
6:00pm @ Victoria Park Lake (across from Somer Ave) or Botanic Gardens
The STC Run session is provided by the Shepparton Runners Club on behalf of STC.
Please check with STC for confirmed Run location.
Wednesday | Swim - Pool
6:00pm @ Aquamoves
Thursday | Bike - Road
5:30pm for 5:45pm Roll Out @ Shepparton Arts Museum
(October - April Only)
Safety Requirement: Mandatory helmet and working front & rear lights
Amenities
Public Toilets are available at each of the training locations.
Change Facilities are available at each of the training locations except Botanic Gardens.
